Return Policy

We're honest about what you're buying.

Every disc on SoFloDiscCo is photographed front and back, scored with a DiscScore letter grade, and described in detail. What you see is what you get. If a disc you receive does NOT match the listing — wrong condition, wrong color, wrong model, anything off — we'll make it right.

Returns are accepted if:

  • The disc you received doesn't match what was listed (wrong mold, wrong plastic, wrong weight, wrong condition grade, etc.)
  • You return it within 7 days of pickup
  • It's in the same condition you received it (don't throw it 50 times then return it)

Returns are NOT accepted if:

  • You decided you don't like the flight (you're buying used discs — they fly the way they fly)
  • You damaged the disc after pickup
  • The disc matches the listing description and you're just second-guessing

How to request a return

Email soflodiscco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within 24 hours.

Refunds

If we accept a return, we'll refund the full amount (no restocking fees) back to your original payment method within 3 business days of getting the disc back.
