Flight Path

Innova's overstable distance bomber — speed 13 with a dependable, hard-finishing fade. Built for the headwind smash, spike hyzers, and big sidearm shots where flippier drivers flip over. Holds an overstable line even as the plastic seasons.

Why It's Cool

The Ape is Innova's max-speed overstable wind-fighter, PDGA-approved in 2011, sitting above the Wraith and rivaling the Firebird for resisting turn. In baseline DX it breaks in faster and gives a workable, dependable fade as it wears, making it a go-to for forehands and spike hyzers when the wind kicks up. This one is well-seasoned, so it holds a touch less overstability than a fresh run. Cross-brand: Discraft Nuke OS, Dynamic Discs Trespass, MVP Tesla.
