Flight Path

Overstable distance driver w/ no turn + reliable strong fade. Great for headwinds, forehand approaches, hyzer flips, and skip shots. Lefty backhand or righty forehand utility driver.

Why It's Cool

The Viking is an overstable Innova distance driver, released in 2009, with no turn and a reliable strong fade, flying roughly like a Wraith with extra finish. It's a solid pick for headwinds, forehand approaches, hyzer flips, and skip shots. The Viking warrior artwork is one of the more iconic stamps in disc golf. DX is Innova's grippy entry-level plastic that breaks in faster, so this disc will trend more neutral over time.
